Pulldown Question Topic

I havn't done many pulldowns so i'm not sure what everything means. After doing one evaluation of a kid part of the email said:
"BTW, I think we're going to have to wait on him. He seems enamored with the big conference schools - if they pass we have a shot."
Does this mean I can't pull him down yet/have to wait till he drops down or does it mean i'm far away from pulling him down.

You CAN pull that guy down - it just means that you haven't pulled him down yet.

Thanks. By the response can you tell how many evals it would take?

sorry to ask again but does this mean i guy can't be pulled down:
Just FYI, I get the definite sense that we're a backup option in case his primary schools don't pan out.

no, it doesn't mean that. if the original phone call response said you were a backup option, then you can pull him down. it might be harder if he is already considering somebody, or possibly if somebody else is trying to pull him down (not sure about that last one). also, if you haven't done many more than 10 evals, you might just have to do more.
