I tend to scout heavy in one and low in the other regardless of draft position. So, if I'm 20 college and 8 HS, I'd like to see some real projections of the HS players I see. This thread would be quite a helpful.

Even the slightest shred of usefulness has never been a requirement for a forum thread.

His projections on Urbina are helpful given my lower college scouting budget, but it doesn't look like it will matter.

It's possible to draft players you haven't scouted.

Yes this thread would be helpful for new owners that don't realize how much they need to spend on scouting or those owners that could only increase their budget by $4M.

And B is the clear option. A would only be a consideration if he was going to be capable of successfully playing SS/CF/2B. Im not worrying about baserunning/speed from a guy whos purpose is to be knocking in runs. I think most people would agree that 1B/LF is all about the best slugging ratings which B has (power, BE and splits)

Unless this was changed during the last patch, you will see players at the very bottom of your scouted players who ahve ratings that you cannot see. This is one way people were able to exploit the ID# bug.
