I'm not sure of the additional work/coding required to do this, so perhaps it would be best to only have it done for those players who have retired, but what do other people think of having a breakdown of the stats by team put on the player card (maybe even 162-game averages, too)?

Something similar to what baseball-reference.com does. It would be cool to compare players' production for different teams, especially for those with long careers and who are being considered for the (coming soon?) HOF.

Too many teams change cities in HBD to have it be worthwhile. Whether its one owner who changes cities every season (a personal pet peeve), or a franchise who changes owners every couple of seasons and is always moving to a new city.

Just doesn't seem worth the effort.

Good point re: changing cities. It was something that I hadn't considered because the 3 Worlds I am in don't allow teams to move (part of themes) but that might really make this too cluttered to be useful.

I do like the 162-game averages though.

I just think it would be nice to see what all players that played for my franchise did with me, and be able to see his lifetime totals also.

on a related note what if we had access to a player's performance in certain stadiums. It'd be very interesting to see how guys performed in certain ballparks (i do know it's flawed due to potentially small sample sizes or teams' fielding consistently bad pitching staffs)

For hitters, I'd like to see career splits vs LHP & RHP.

Career splits is the best idea in this thread. I'd really like that.

I'd like to be able to tell when a player led his league in a category. Italics or an asterisk would do the trick.
