Wow---

There was a game a long time ago, when the Sims were REALLY bad, when a team only scored 1 point in a half.

This is the biggest margin I have experienced. I don't doubt at all that others may have done better though.

Just finished a game in IBA where we went 54-4 The reserves in the second half were much closer, 38-8 for a final score of 92-12. This was supposedly only a 5 point spread, once again showing one of the benefits of coin flip dynasty. Come on, these are D2 college teams!!! YEah, I know, Lithunania beat Finalnd in 1939 by a score of 112-9 but comeon, in modern day?

Before they "fixed" the press to make guys fatigue faster there was a game where someone was down something like 30 at halftime and then they scored 50 straight to win the game. I'm sure that thread is somewhere.

I remember a game that was 50-2 at half, and then the trailing team rallied with a 45-7 advantage in the second half to lose 57-47.

Well, if you schedule a sim team with the talent of a small women's college, that may happen.

UNC women won last night something like 101-32. Texas women won 114- to 40ish and UConn women won 91-28.

I know that is womens basketball, but it happens. There a plenty of DI teams out there KU and Texas could beat like that, they just don't schedule them.

Besides the fact that there's no real-life equivalent for playing a talent-less sim team. That team that lost 92-12, it's barely got DIII-caliber talent, plus no coach.

hehe. the closest real life equivalent i can think of is that high school girls game about a year ago where a good team played the mentally handicapped school who had a new basketball program or something to that effect, and beat them something like 100-0. the coach refused to say sorry for not letting up, and got fired, i believe.

My duke team held a 4-4 45 RPI Portland Team to 1 point in the first half while scoring 40 tonight.

They lit us up from 20 in the 2nd half though.
