You can't see the projections...but they are 67 (stamina) 91 (control)

67/70 (L/R) 88 (GB/F) and 100 (1st pitch)

Based on where they are now, I assume pitches 3 and 4 top 50 (and pitch 2 at least mid-70s). With those numbers, plus those you gave, he's a very good pitcher, probably a #2 for a good team in many leagues. His splits aren't quite high enough, IMO, to classify him as an "ace" but he should be very good.

2nd pitch projects at 73 and 3rd pitch at 63.

Projections, of course.

Agree, or maybe even a number 1 but not Cy Young candidate. I've won 100 games without a pitcher this good (admittedly in a world which has far worse pitching talent than most worlds).

He's got a long way to go to hit those projections, especially in the pitches. I suspect, that given his age, it's unlikely he'll get quite all the way there.

But, I'd say he looks like a #2 or 3 starter on a good team. The 67 stamina will limit his wins a bit, but he's got good durability, so you won't have a problem getting 190 - 200 IP out of him.

As he is already 23, he probably won't hit his projections. If his splits get into the low 60s, he's probably a #3.

I had a similar guy with lower ST/DU. He was sort of a spot starter/long reliever, and gave me an ERA over four seasons of 3.73 and a WHIP of 1.28. Best season he was at 2.53 ERA and 1.09 WHIP.

Just for the sake of discussion, I'd like to draw the attention of those citing his age as a reason he may progress more slowly to the fact he has only one pro season under his belt. I expect him to develop relatively, given proper playing time, coaching, no injuries, etc.
