Anyone have any idea why, on this team:(VMI,Knight)

I am committing so few fouls? I know the ZOne commits less than the press or man, but this is unexpected.

77 defensive rating as a team is probably one reason why. I remember one season i coached d3 bates in allen one season they averaged like little over 9 fouls per game for the season their def rating was like 68 at years end.

Your IQs are not that high either, so I don't really see why. But it is probably due to the somewhat weak SOS.

But this is DI, not DIII. A 77 DEF is not that high for DI.

You aren't exactly playing teams that are likely to force fouls.

That is true. Still, have played schedules worse than that and fouled more.

At any rate, this year's goal is to try to get out of that d+ prestige. Next year's schedule should be taking a bit of a step up.
