I am not leaving my D2 job, but I was curious as to whats out there.

Thought it interesting that after only 3 total seasons (2 at D2 and 1 at D3) on this account, I am "qualified" for about 35 D1 programs (D's and D-'s, not D+'s). I am a "longshot" for a handful more.

Does being qualifed for D1 after 3 total years seem out of whack with past findings to you guys?

I have to believe your loyalty would block you even though you're qualified. 3 years does seem quite compressed vs. previous promotion rates, though.

seems about right, your loyalty won't let you move up but a D2 final 4 is the main reason.
