Getting back into HD and with recruiting starting tonight, wanted to get some opinions. How does one go about recruiting? Do you feel it's better to throw 50 phone calls to a recruit, evaluations, home visits, college visits? What's the number that seems to be most effective? Also with a higher prestige than I'm use to (B-), how do you effectively pull down a Div II recruit to your team? Any advice would be beneficial to hear, thanks!
