Rupp is in the last couple rounds of the National Tournament. The season rolls over and renewal deadline is Sunday night the 17th.

State of the Rupp DII World is currently pretty awesome.

We have 209 Human teams in Rupp DII which I believe makes it far and away the most populated DII of any world and probably the largest/most competetive division in HD.

There remain 67 teams available to take over from simmy with several people in DIII ready to move up and fill some of those spots, however, there should still be several available if you don't have a team in Rupp DII yet and would like to join us.

If your a new coach and want to join a world with alot of humans... jump into DIII (there's tons of teams available there) and join us in a season or two after you learn the ropes.

If your a Vet and have not yet joined... shame on you! All the kool guys are here. Quit hiding in that empty conference where you win 20 each year against the computer and come play a human every night. Recruit against 200 other humans and really battle for some half-decent 18yr old with a bad attitude. Intead of simply picking over the best talent each season without any fight. Come see what this game really has to offer in terms of a challenge.

The 1st annual Mega Bowl Classic kicks off this next season with about 70 teams involved. Next season we hope to have over 100 teams fighting for the title of Mega-Bowl Classic Champion. The title game at the end of the season is reported to have Jackie Moon himself wrestling a bear, with free corndog night! If you love action... and I know you do... you really want to be a part of this!

Rupp World is still accepting applications for new coaches. There are tons of spots available in DIII, a couple with A+ prestige, one was a final 4 team last season with nearly everyone back. We had about 20-25 coaches either move up or drop in DII, leaving still over 180 human coached teams. There are several teams available in DII that also made the NT whose coaches just moved up to DI.... so anyone wanting to get into The DII Mega-Bowl, U would only be one season away from joining us in good shape.

Caldwell just recently opened up in the CACC (DII). Top conference each season. Four Seniors on their way out. Good team. Good chance to hop into Mega Bowl with a fighting chance. Would love to have another vet join the conference.

As long as your main concern isn't win totals and all road non-con games this is the place to be. Recruiting is competitive, most coaches corners are active and scheduling is actually something that matters. We also have a coaches poll that has no effect on anything but is still really fun and much more informative than the HD rankings. As this thing matures I fully expect the trash talk and rivalries to increase as well.

Also, I'm glad this ia a 1 a day world. 2 a days are too expensive and the act of voting would be much more difficult.
