juco 100% carryover Topic

just had an AI go juco, he was local to me, I spent a pretty nice amount of money on him, he now went juco 2000 miles away, does 100% of the 'effort' carry over, or some number less, or is it the money ... on my budget column, 100% of the money I spent did show up?

25% of the "effort"

Yeah that is what we have always been told is the carry-over 'effort' of a kid who goes JuCo is equal to the carry-over of money.

I really wish they'd make it worth more though, especially since kids now move to go to JuCo.

Have ineligibles been more likely to go Juco lately?

Have they ever thought about making it to where you can "over recruit" a Juco? Like you sign him then you can recruit him more to get him to lean towards actually staying?

It wouldn't have to be exact, just 3 categories even.

25%, 50%, 75% if he is staying and then when it comes to whether he comes to campus it does the random event

Sometimes you would rather put the money into him than others at the end, or you might have all your scholarships filled and money over you want to use on him.

I was going to ask this same question OR. A JuCo went 1000 miles away but all of my budget spent still shows up this season.

If that number is correct and that money still holds on "effort", Im looking good for him next year.

Your budget spent number will go back to $0 when the current season rolls over after the draft. Just offer the player a scholarship and hope no one else tries to recruit.

there's a pretty good chance that he'll be considering you as soon as the next recruiting season begins.

I wasn't the only team that was in on him. Im not even the team that he signed with. Was just the battle team who lost. :-(

even if he signed with another school before going Juco, there is a chance a Juco recruit will be considering multiple schools once the next recruiting season begins.
