One of my #1 picks came back with this during negotiations:
"Bad news, gentlemen. Bruce has decided to forego baseball this season and is exploring other options. Keep him in mind in the future, though; you never know what might happen."
Does this mean that he is definitely not signing, or might he sign towards the end of the season? Trying to figure out whether to commit his signing bonus to the international market
