Fatigue setting question Topic

I know I asked a similar sounding question a few weeks ago, but this is slightly different. Does a backups fatigue substitution setting impact how many minutes the sub plays? Lets say your starter is set for fairly fresh and he subs out for your #2. If your #2 is set for getting tired or even tired will they stay in the game any longer than if they are set at fairly fresh or does it automatically sub your starter back in when his fatigue level returns to normal?

The starter goes back as soon as he is ready.

Partly why I like mins setting instead, but only in certain situations for teams. With mins setting you can set your starter to the min of 8 and put your backup at like 30 mins to get the #2 in for longer.

I might try that...I ran into trouble with a couple people swooping on my recruits late and ended up promising starts to a couple frosh to close the deal...I'd love to give them their token start and get my upperclassmen out there the rest of the time...I think I'll give the minutes thing a try. Thanks
