24 teams; serpentine draft using the random.org to figure out who picks where.

no cap; how will the players do etc.

I'm in. Though I think a league that drafts A-B-B (then back to serpentine, thus A-B-B-A-B-A-B) is more fair to the people who get stuck at the bottom of the 1st round. I'm in regardless, just think its more fair.
