I have a battle going on with a SIM and I cannot seem to shake them. Same prestige and I've been very aggressive. Promised start and minutes. Visits and HV every cycle. He is telling me I'm the one, but he is still considering another team. HE is now asking me to stop with calls and materials. What should I do?

One a side note, I have tons of cash to spare, so that isnt a problem.
