Practice? You talking about practice? Topic

I read through the forums and a lot of the info on practice seems to be pre-potential. Is 20 still seen as a minimum or now with potential is it OK to gave minutes too a very low category with high potential?

YES it is for sure. You can improve a 1 with high potential. It is still a little slow for a while, but 8-10 min over a season will get it to 3-6 and then it goes up pretty steady from there. Maxes usually around 25 though.

The old magic number of 20 means nothing anymore. It is based soley on FSS data.

Disagree. Minutes still matter. With whatever potential, you will see still see a bigger increase with 20 minutes than you would with only 10 minutes. I think there is a still a diminishing return starting around 22-23 minutes in a category.

I think he meant the old rule of not trying to improve a passing rating of 1-19 for a big man.
