I am a DIII, B- prestige team, trying to pull down a DII guy. I am going up against at DII team, C- prestige team, who has 6 spots to fill and is only being considered by 4 people. I am currently in the 2nd day of recruiting and have sent out 16 evals. and havent gotten any other messages other than the regular response to an eval. I am starting to think I am SOL. Thoughts?

Yeah I thought so...FML...is there a prestige of a SIM DII school that you can compete with in this situation.

You can feasibly compete with any DII team, but not if the player isn't open to your efforts, which is what it sounds like in this case. DIII teams can certainly take players away from a DII team, but it is costly and you'd probably want better prestige than B- to try it.
