Dominating the Glass Topic

I try really hard to stress rebounding on my teams. So a game where my team hits the board as well as they did tonight is something I love to see. I wanted to see some other dominating rebounding performances from some of the veteran coaches out there.

Rebounds: 40 - 9
Off Rebs: 20 - 3

At end of first half:
My starting center Alfaro had 6 rebounds, which was double the number of rebounds the entire other team had at that point. He also finished the game with 4 more rebounds than the entire other team.

Rockford v. MBB

Let's see some other great glass cleaning outings.

with Alessi and Alfaro graduating this year, your team next season will have better rebounders in the backcourt than the frontcourt.

My little east opener i outrebounded my opponent 56-22.

Alfaro was ineligible for a season. So he'll be back next season. But you are right. My backup bigs are not great rebounders, but my front court has some pretty special rebounders.

I think that when Alessi leaves, Alfaro will have less competition in the paint and should have a monster season.

Ath: 65
Reb: 81
SB: 80
LP: 71
Total: 653

And he is far from capped out. Another season of improvement and he will be one of the best D3 players I've ever played with.

Alfaro is a nice little player.

Vanderbilt - Knight

Just spotted this team. They are a tremendous rebounding team.

I'm convinced there is an issue with the rebounding. I've seen more than a handful of times where one team's guard has out rebounded the other teams center or power forward despite superior rebounding ratings.
