I am going to try to make this as clear as possible. Please let me know if you need further clarification. I am an AL team playing in the World Series and I am playing games 1, 2, 6 ,7 in the NL park. 1 of my best hitters is my DH. I want to make some moves that will hurt my defense a little but greatly improve my offense. Keep in mind I am not playing people out of position, just not where they might be best. I want to move my 2b to ss, my lf to rf, my rf to 2b, my 1b to lf, and my dh to 1b. I, of course, want defensive replacements to come in for these guys, probably even a little earlier then I normally would. What I want to know is if I can set it on the defensive replacements to have my players switch positions in the game. So, if I bring in my defensive ss to play ss, can I move my current ss to 2b, my 2b to rf, my rf to lf, my lf to 1b, and take my 1b out of the game. Would that work? Like if i put for 2b defensive replacement the guy that is currently playing ss will it move him to 2b?
