I have a SS with two years of ML service. He had options so I demoted him to AAA at the start of this season. (His ML years is 2.0) If I leave him in AAA for the rest of the year, will he be eligible for arbitration after this year? I' like to leave him there two years, until my current starting SS's contract expires.

Arbitration is only based on major league service. So you should be fine if he spent the entire season in the minors.
