I'm currently recruiting, and a thought crossed my mind. Why are the player potential categories that end up being HIGH almost always categories that are already high? It seems like most guards (and this is at D3) with a speed rating above 60 have high potential, while most guards with speed in the 30s or 40s have average potential...wouldn't potential be way cooler and better if the highs and lows were truly randomly dispersed, and there were guards with 30 speed and high potential? I think that recruiting would be a lot more fun if there were more low categories with high potential, and high categories with low potential.
