I'd pick your 3 best offensive starters and give them about the same, high distribution. The other 2 starters I'd keep very low. Then with your next 5 on the bench, have your top 3 bench scorers at a point between the two levels above, and then the rest at the same low level as the worst 2 starters. So for example...
Starters: 15-15-15-2-2
Top 5 bench: 8-8-8-2-2
Depending on your opponent, you may want to tweak these from game to game, and match the 15s/8s as much as you can.
Keep in mind that speed and passing are supposed to be the most important attributes in the triangle, so recruit with that in mind. Good luck.
