I promised a player minutes (15) and he's getting about 12 now. He has not complained and his work ethic has actually gone up. Is there any chance a player will transfer without complaining?

Anyone have experience with this?

I can see exactly what's happening. Sutherland right?

I'm 99.5% sure he will stay on your team. The reason he didn't complain was because he was at least 90% when all the complaining emails go out.
