Overall 78 for a LF? More likely than not. But it all depends on the talent pool in your world and where he ranks with everybody else.

And, for seasons beyond this one, go look at the past season or two of your own World and the players who were signed as Type A or Type B FA (use the amateur draft order to see this).

Find some players at similar positions with similar OVR ratings (ignore the component ratings for this part) and see what they went as.
