Is there a standard known out there for a max amount of time to put into practice time for your offense and defense? I'm considering dumping big minutes into this as a little experiment but am curious if at some point it makes no difference.

The extra return per extra minute of practice time is said to decrease above 20 or 25, but I suppose if you wanted to experiment, you could go to 40 or 50 and see what happens. Heck, go 40 off and 20 def and watch what happens to guys that start at F/F. That'd be really useful to know.

20...however, the more time put into offense/def decreases the minutes that would go into individual skills

the diminishing returns on team practice time kick in somewhere around 10 minutes, maybe less. but, i feel the difference is still quite significant up to 25 minutes. i have played 30 a number of times too, it definitely helps, but it starts to make a pretty small difference up around 30.

dellhops... i basically always go 25 minutes or more. i would definitely not say 20 was a max by any means.
