One of my best prospects is in a 135 game drought. Do I just ride it out? Or, promote him? Move him in the batting order? Not sure what to do.

If he's one of your best prospects, why is he a 6 year pro in AAA?

Could be he's reached his ceiling, and you should see if he can contribute -- at least as a bench bat -- in the majors.

Why did he slump last season? Could be that more owners had better pitching at AAA in S12, and that his S11 AAA stats are an aberration.

i wouldnt worry about it, and promote him at the 23 game point, he's done developing. he should be a solid, if unspectacular backup first baseman

being right handed isn't to his advantage, and he may not be as good as you think...
