I have a Jr. SF (actually, a 3rd year guy who was inel. his fr. year) who complained of playing time and when his time didn't improve (he's terrible) is threatening to give me an extra scholarship by leaving. I have no problem with that, but I've never had a guy before that I wanted to leave--usually I give the complainers more time.

Do these guys actually leave or is there a chance he might be back? My season's over (NT in progress) so I can't do anything now, but I'm curious what others' experience is with this.

In my experiences I've found that guys who I've told "don't let the door hit you on the way out", don't leave.

One of the teams in little east had 2 guys bolt in wooden.

He probably wont leave his work ethic is 8 and hasnt moved either way. He will be your complainer.

I actually have a guy on my team on my other ID who said something to the affect that he'll be looking for another school next season, or he won't be back, and his WE has dropped 14 points through 21 points, is it a dice roll with him as well? Is the Rep hit the same as if you cut the player? He's a sim recruit.

If you didn't recruit him i don't believe there is any rep hit.
