after 1 year at my current D2 school, I realized that I had a bunch of awful Sim AI recruited underclassmen and dropped them, replacing them with my own players. In turn, I ended up with a bad reputation (C+). about how long would it take to repair a bad reputation to say an A-, assuming I don't drop anyone else or have other problems?

Not doubting, bscoresby, but I'm guessing at least 3. Rep moves up more slowly than loyalty.

BTW, are you sure you didn't cut some of your own players? That seems like a huge hit for cutting players you didn't sign...
