Two transfers sent me an email asking me to give them a look in Rupp, and both rejected my home visits. One is also considering another school that has a full letter grade lower prestige than my school. Is this normal?

yes, transfers send a few letters out to different schools

That's not what I was asking. I knew that. But is it normal for then to reject home visits after they say they want to play for you?

you probably have to butter him up w/some calls and letters first, then he'll take your visits
