How much success have people had at D2 pulling recruits down that were considering D1 SIM's? The prestige's of the D1 is, D and D-.

Just wondering before I really go after a recruit. My team is an A, and I have A's in both Rep/Loyalty.

I would expect that this number rapidly approaches 0, but I've never tried it, since if a recruit is already considering a DI school I've never thought DII would have a chance.

I have done it a couple of times. If the DI SIM just grabbed him after signing, he has virtually no money into him. With a DII A prestige, you will get him easily if you have enough for a HV and CV. That should be plenty. Let us know.

The only time I ever went against a D1 was this past season and it was a human D- school. We both showed up at the same time and I put in a couple CVs and he dropped off and never showed up. Probably lucky he decided to back of. A sim would be a lot harder to get off.

By the way, it was the first recruiting roll over, where they are only considering SIM's and no one else.

I think you need to wait until the first FSS Word on the Street to see how deeply invested the SIM is onto this player. If he's not a priority for the SIM, then you have a shot, but I can't comment on how much it will cost you, etc.
