Type D Draft Pick Topic

I just want to know what constitutes a type D draft pick. How do you get one and are there any requirements? Do I have to offer the guy his demands if I don't think he is worth it?

You have to offer his initial demand. If it's rejected or increased, you will get your comp pick.

What if it is a type D player already?

In other words. I don't sign a guy in season 1 and in season 2 I get a type D pick. In season 2 the guy I drafted with that pick doesn't sign, will I get another type D pick for that spot in season 3?

No. Comp picks are a one-and-done deal.
