I've signed a couple of ineligibles in the past and I'm pretty sure I never got this response before. Of the two ineligibles I've signed 1 showed up and the other became eligible. Does this mean if he doesn't get the requisite score on the SAT he's definitely going JUCO, or is this just a random response and means nothing? FWIW I did 15 scouting trips, 3 HVs and 1 CV.

means nothing, pretty standard response from your A.D. to just make sure you realize what the kid's options are. His last statement is pretty irrelevant and has no bearing on whether the kid shows up for you or not
