Is 25 hrs & counting normal for CS reply? Topic

I put in a ticket yesterday morning with customer support and even added a note to that same ticket a few hours later. I haven't received any kind of response and just wanted to know if this is normal? Could I take it as though the CS is really looking deeply into my inquiry or did they just forget about me?

Of course it was a cookie cutter response which lacked any effort or consideration to my full inquiry.

FWIW, I had a ticket (asking about BTB stuff) that took a while to get responded to (it was over 25 hours I beileve) but it wasn't a big deal. I've contended and always will contend that WIS doesn't have enough employees to handle CS and the number of games they output.

They're a little slower on weekends. During the week, I almost always hear within 24 hours
