Has there been any noticeable improvement in the usefullness of the RH/LH Specialist role or is it still broken?

I asked about it in a Dev Chat and they claimed it was always working as intended. So apparantly they intended for it to work terribly. But either way they don't plan on changing it.

Great. It's always been useless. Anyone designated for that role never comes in the game! Nice to know WIS dev is on the case.
