how good of loyalty do you need to move up to div 2 from div 3

I sent in a ticket for this.....they said that d3 to d2 doesnt matter that much or atleast as much as in d1....I had a friend be at d3 one season then jump straight to d2

well my loyalty is c right now, iv jumped around div 3 a lil bit.

I believe B- is the minimum level of loyalty you need to jump to Division 2.
