what happens if a guy you promised minutes or starts to gets injured? at what % are you still supposed to honor your promise?

If you promised him minutes, every minute he plays is figured into his average/game.

If you promised him a start, but he doesn't play at all due to an injury, no damage. If he plays parttime off the bench, he may complain about not starting
