i have been thinking about the loyalty issue.. and i had an idea, if you dont think you can land a job due to loyalty only, when you apply for a job, you can extend a contract where you will stay there for x # of years, in order to due this you will have to purchase additional seasons and you will be blocked out of JOBS, untill your contract is up.

It doesn't address the reason that the loyalty piece is in place, which is to stop people from simply cherrypicking their way up.

You need to win with your own recruits.
