Bringing prospects up to early?? Topic

Brought my RF and 1B up to majors to early. rookie mistake. Should I demote them and hope they will reach their potential? or is it better to leave them in majors now? I know it is subjective when to bring them up but does someone have a base line they make this decision?? years or AB??

As long as a guy plays, regularly, he's probably going to continue to develop. If he's not playing regularly, and he's got less than 4 years pro and is less than 24 and has decent makeup/patience and low temper, he'll more than likely recover from any demotion penalty.
