Consistent Winning Atmosphere Topic

I've got a question about resumes and how they work. I have finally bumped a D1 school into the B range (and back down to C+ after an embarassing season) and I'm trying to upgrade from TCU. I'm not going after elite teams, but ones that have C or C- prestige housed in better conferences. I keep getting rejected wtih the same response...

"Coach, thank you for your interest in joining our program. Unfortunately, we are looking for a coach who has demonstrated the ability to infuse a consistent winning atmosphere."

So what does a "consistent winning atmosphere" really mean? How close am I to actually moving to a better program?

Thanks in advance,

Beef

If you care to look at my TCU squad.

after the 2nd round appearance, you probably could have made the move. but the most recent season is most important, so it probably bumped you back out of range. i would say another 2 years like the 2 post season appearances you just had would do it.

Thanks, billy.

I hope I make a good enough run this year. In two years I would have to rebuild. Boo!!!
