Perhaps the definition of "possibilities" would be helpful as well, as some seem to confuse possibilities with guarantees.

I find it odd that I have never seen a thread where an owner complained about a player who developed beyond his original projections ... wonder why that is?

Same reason owners don't complain when a borderline player hits like an A/S but insists the engine is broken when an A/S players like a borderline player.

I've never seen it at 20M ever. With one exception i had a catcher projected to 21 vsR who got to 22 VsR. Thats the only time i noticed it and i do pay attention to it on actual prospects, thats not to say some miL scrubs havent done it, but i have never noticed a projection broken on a rating over 50, so i work on the assumption that 20M projections are limits and likely players will fall 2/3 points short of those values.

I have a pitcher who progressed a couple of points over his original vLH projection and that rating was in the 80's.
