Fielding Question-Out of Position Topic

Currently have two possible options for a team I'm building. I can either have Paul Konerko 2005 play 2nd base and play Joe Mauer 2009 play at first or leave Konerko at first and put Mauer at 2nd.

Konerko's fielding stats at 1st base from '05 are: .996/10.61
Mauer at catcher in '09 had a .996/6.93

I remember there being a thread that discussed how badly each fielding grade was affected as you moved a player over from his natural position but I can't seem to find it. I am not even sure if I should only be look at fielding percentage and range factor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
