If the division winner would by record have a top 10 pick, would they still get a top 10 pick? Because as it stands the division winner would get a top 10 pick..

Someone in our WC said they think it would automatically go to the 17th slot not including the comp picks...

I won my division last season with an 81-81 record and got the 16th pick in the draft.

I won my division at 77-85 last season, got the 15th overall pick. The rest of the division drafted in the top 10.
