Non-game injury? Topic

During the PM2 cycle I received an email stating one of my stud pitchers was injured and out for 161 games. When I looked at the boxscore, he didn't even pitch in the PM2 game. He last pitched this morning in the AM cycle and the game without injury.

Has anyone had a player get injured on their off day?

Yeah I had that happen this season as well. I wish they'd at least give you a funny story to go along with it. But alas, they just tell you the guy got hurt.

[Blank} pitched in the AM. When he came to the clubhouse for the PM game, he reported soreness to the trainer. Sent him for an MRI. Found a problem. Sent you an email as soon as we got the results, the PM2 cycle. He's gonna miss a lot of time. Sorry for the bad news.
