I'm curious if any conference, and want to brag out the big east in wooden, has ever had more than 7 straight seasons with a team in the national title game.

Season 43 - Providence over Indiana
Season 42 - Iowa State over Cincinnati
Season 41 - Providence over Gonzaga
Season 40 - Cincinnati over West Virginia
Season 39 - Texas Tech over Providence
Season 38 - Providence over Boston College
Season 37 - Colorado over Syracuse

Season 40 was really impressive when he beat himself.

thats a pretty impressive run (the real one, not OD's pipe dream). one conference i was in (GLV tark) had a team in the final 4 for 7 straight seasons, but thats as close as i've seen.
