In big trouble with my recruiting. Only need 2 recruits this year. Took a chance on 2 recruits far away. offered scholarships after gettin very postive emails from recruits. One now wants to take more visits and the other went crazy when i sent a redshirt. Only 600 dollars . what to do?

rescind redshirt? how easy is it to pick up a recruit late with no money?--couple phone calls and offer??

haskins is but i wasnt recruiting him. It was another SF. Baker isnt looking at anyone else. I rescended. this is also happening to me another world. god I cant recruit.

I would try to spend as little as possible going forward with Baker, at least its late and he isn't also considering anyone else. I'm no expert at low budget/last minute type stuff, but since Haskins is already considering you - plus you already have 10 scholarship players and two other SF - you might as well throw the farm at him hope you can make it rain, BUT only if the competition is a SIM coach. However, I could be completely wrong, but it is what I would do in my limited wisdom.

I'm not sure I understand fully what's going on here, but the kid who wants to take other visits, is this Baker? I think this is a standard response they give when you've done close to the absolute minimum to get considered. So he may drag it out a bit, but as long as nobody else shows up, he'll sign with you.

As for the other kid who you informed of the R/S, rescind that and he should reappear for you. I'm not sure if it'll take another HV or something as well to entice him back...but doesn't sound like you have a lot of wiggle room.
