I applied for a job in wooden at 9:30am That was like 9 hours ago. It is still pending. How long does it take to make a decision? I thought it was like 2 hours.

Has the jobs process already started? If it has, it usually takes about three cycles to hear back (unless you get auto-rejected). If it hasn't, that means that the first job app results won't come back until early Monday morning.
