When Do Recruits Stop Dropping? Topic

I am currently recruiting in Phelan and wanted to know if recruits can still drop this late (after 5pm update) on the last day of recruiting. I have been waiting patiently for a particular player that called me a backup option to fall. Is it time to move on or could he still drop?

P.S. sorry for asking this question as I am sure it has been addressed a ton of times, please don't flame me

The morning of the last day. I can't remember if it's the 9am or 11am cycle (EST).

I believe it's the 8 AM cycle on the last day, but don't quote me on that.
