How big of a difference is a -1, 0 and +1 Topic

I am looking at fields. And I wanted to play small ball in Turner field. And now I see its -1 -1 0 1 1 not what I was looking for. And with the league full my options are limited at best. Should I just go for a 0 0 0 0 0 field? Or can I play small ball in a -1 -1 0 1 1 field? I am not sure how big of a difference it would be over a full season.

Thanks

I ran some numbers a long, long time ago. I can't really recall the outcome but a difference of 1(0 to 1 or 1 to 2) could have been written off as random results. However, there was a steady increase as the difference became larger so there was a pattern that indicated that there was a true difference.

To answer your question, I don't think you'll see a huge difference between the two fields.

5-10% give or take has always been my assumption, based on the ratings in SLB. Not all '1' values are created equal.
