Well i was just wondering if there was one... however after I get my team respectable again I will consider starting one if I can get enough interested competitors.

I have vaguely played, if I ever picked up another rebuilding team, with trying a "Construction project' tournament: All starting or new participants must be Coaches that took over teams with no recent winning history, or something like that.
