I have a jr who is threatening to transfer and in all honestly, hope he does as he is worthless. How will this affect my reputation and will that in turn affect my recruiting process for next season?

If you didnt recruit him then no worries but I see you did recruit him so the answer is it will hurt your rep some but I dont think it will have any kind of major impact on your recruiting.

He will sadly not go anywhere. All that happens is his WE keeps going down. The only time I have ever seen a player transfer is if he was recruited that previous season and the coach promised that player something and he didn't keep the promise during that season.
