I had this idea that it would be nice if the D1 jobs were offered by the engine, in addition to humans being able to apply for them. Bad D1 schools could seek D2 human coaches, good D1 schools would seek low to mid major human coaches. It would be a little closer to reality, although maybe hard to program. I also like the idea of contracts for coaching in D1, so that a coach could get something like 6 seasons guaranteed before taking over a horrible program, where they would not be fired unless they didn't renew or took another job. It would be nice to see a more balanced D1, instead of low major conferences with 1 human coach total.
